Transfer of immovable property will not adversely affect easement arrangements

(1) Even if the owner of immovable property to whom easement has been granted transfers all or part of such property under his right and ownership to someone else, the arrangement of easement on such property shall remain in force.
(2) Even if it is a share of the immovable property for which easement has been provided, each sharer shall be deemed to have provided such easement.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1) or (2), in the case of transfer or partition of the immovable property on which the easement has been granted, easement is not required to be paid from the immovable property of the person who has acquired the right from the transfer or partition, to the same extent. shall be deemed to have ended.
